Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how MY FRONT YARD HOA ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://myfrontyardhoa.com (the "Site"), request a demo, sign up for updates, or otherwise interact with us.

This policy applies to the marketing Site. It does not cover information processed through our HOA management platform under a separate agreement, which is governed by the terms and privacy notices applicable to that service.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

---

---

3. How we collect information

  • Directly from you — when you fill out a contact or demo-request form, subscribe to updates, email us, or otherwise communicate with us.
  • Automatically — through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Site (see our [Cookie Policy](Cookie_Policy.md) for details and choices).
  • From third parties — such as analytics and advertising providers, and (where applicable) lead-generation or referral partners.

---

4. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested demos, information, or materials;
  • Send you marketing communications and updates you have requested (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Measure and improve the performance of our content, videos, and advertising;
  • Understand how visitors use the Site through analytics;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

We will not use your personal information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.

---

5. How we disclose your information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers that perform functions on our behalf — for example, website hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics, and customer support — under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • Advertising and analytics partners that help us measure and deliver marketing (see Sections 6 and 7).
  • Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors.
  • Authorities or others when required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law — see Section 6.

---

6. "Sale" and "sharing" of personal information (California)

California law defines "sale" broadly to include disclosing personal information to a third party for valuable consideration, and "sharing" to include disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising — even when no money changes hands.

Through advertising cookies and similar technologies (such as those described in our Cookie Policy), we may share identifiers and internet/network activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California law, this may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

You have the right to opt out. See Section 9 for how, including via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

---

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and support marketing. For a full description of the cookies we use and how to manage them — including the consent banner, browser controls, advertising opt-outs, and Global Privacy Control — please see our [Cookie Policy](Cookie_Policy.md).

---

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social media, or embedded content (for example, video players). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

---

9. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), gives you the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

  • Right to know / access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
  • Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you.
  • Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale/sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — to the extent we use any such information (we do not intentionally collect it through this Site).
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your rights.

How to exercise your rights. You may submit a request by:

1. Emailing us at privacy@myfrontyardhoa.com; 2. Calling *** (optional — remove if you operate online only and provide an email or web form instead); or 3. Using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"* link in our Site footer to opt out of sale/sharing.

You may also enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser; we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser and device.

Verification. To protect your information, we will take steps to verify your identity before responding to a request to know, delete, or correct. We may ask you to provide information that we can match against our records.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.

"Shine the Light." California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83) lets California residents request information about disclosures of certain personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing without your consent. (Adjust if this is not accurate for your business.)

We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by law.

---

10. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide requested information, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

---

11. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses, HOA boards, and property managers, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without the affirmative authorization required by law.

---

12. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

---

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

---
